Willet Distillery was our second bourbon tour of the day. The site was rural and beautiful. We got to see the corn mash fermenting with yeast and even taste a bit of that sour mess. The Rackhouses had an amazing light quality and smell with all the sitting barrels of whiskey.<\/p>\n
